Welcome to Travel Assistance Tourism LLC

At Travel Assistance Tourism LLC, we strive to offer our clients exceptional service and flexibility. However, to ensure smooth operations and fair treatment for all parties involved, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:

1. General Cancellation Terms

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to our official contact address.

Cancellations are considered valid only once acknowledged by Travel Assistance Tourism LLC in writing.

2. Cancellation by the Client

Individual Bookings (FIT):
  • More than 14 days prior to arrival: Full refund, minus any non-refundable service fees or supplier penalties.
  • 7–14 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation charge.
  • Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% cancellation charge; no refund applicable.
Group Bookings & Events:

A separate cancellation schedule may apply as per group agreement or supplier policies. In general:

  • More than 30 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation charge.
  • 15–30 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation charge.
  • Less than 15 days or no-show: 100% cancellation charge.

3. Cancellation by Travel Assistance Tourism LLC

In the rare event that Travel Assistance Tourism LLC must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer:

  • An equivalent or better alternative; or
  • A full refund of the amount paid.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain products or services (e.g., flights, visa fees, activities booked on promotion) may be marked as non-refundable. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Refunds are subject to the cancellation terms of third-party suppliers and may take up to 21 business days to process.

5. Force Majeure

Travel Assistance Tourism LLC shall not be held liable for cancellations or modifications resulting from acts of God, war, natural disasters, pandemic outbreaks, government restrictions, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.

By proceeding with a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to the above terms.
