1. Company Details

Travel Assistance Tourism LLC is a company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates with Trade License No. 1071953, headquartered in Dubai. The company specializes in providing travel and tourism-related services, including holiday packages, ticketing, visa processing, and ground handling services.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of full or agreed advance payment.
• Travel documents (vouchers, tickets, etc.) will only be issued once payments are settled as per the agreed terms.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices quoted are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise specified.
• All prices are subject to change based on market conditions, availability, and supplier revisions.
• Travel Assistance reserves the right to revise any quotation in case of currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or tax changes.
• Full payment or a specified deposit must be made prior to the delivery of services unless a credit facility is pre-approved.

4. Credit Facility (If Applicable)

• Where a credit facility is approved:
• A maximum credit line of AED 15,000 may be extended to the client with a payment cycle of four nights.
• An open-dated security cheque must be submitted to activate the credit facility.
• Failure to comply with the credit terms may result in service suspension and legal action.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
• Cancellation policies vary by service provider (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). Travel Assistance will adhere to the applicable supplier’s policy.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation fees, service charges, and any non-refundable components.
• No refund will be provided for unused services once the trip has commenced.

6. Visas & Travel Documents

• Visa assistance is provided as a facilitation service only. Granting of visas is at the sole discretion of the relevant consulate or immigration authority.
• Travel Assistance is not liable for visa rejections or delays.
• Clients are responsible for checking passport validity and other travel documentation requirements prior to departure.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Travel Assistance Tourism LLC acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party suppliers.
• Travel Assistance shall not be held responsible for any force majeure event including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, or pandemic outbreaks.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are expected to provide accurate information at the time of booking.
• Any errors in personal data, travel dates, or documentation provided by the client may lead to additional charges and will not be the responsibility of Travel Assistance.
• Clients must comply with local laws and customs during travel.

9. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal data. Information collected during booking and travel coordination will only be used for service fulfillment and legal compliance. No data will be shared with third parties without client consent unless required by law.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
